We send via Australia Post. Free standard shipping is offered for all Australian orders only over $99. Under $99 there is a flat rate of $9.99 per parcel. We also offer a $18.95 Express Post option. Please note, at certain promotion times, including Express Post upgrade, free shipping may not apply.
We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us delivered in error due to the incorrect address given or not collected from your LPO in time. Please double check your address, including suburb and postcode. We are not responsible for packages that go astray due to wrong postal addresses given. A re-delivery fee will be charged.

We suggest you order and pay for Express Post shipping if ordering during conditions of 28c or higher. We take special care in packaging chocolate during hot conditions, but unless selected, we ship via Standard Parcel Post.
