Bought for grandsons birthday.

I got this as a birthday present for a friend and it arrived today. Her and I are both very pleasantly surprised by how much has been included in this. I throw a teaspoon or two into biscuits I make for the grandchildren's lunch box, a good way to add a bit more crunch and goodness. The biscuits got the thumbs up.

Only need small amount but its great for restoring dry hair. I put a lot on the first time and had to wash it out the next day but it has made my hair a lot more manageable after leaving it on overnight. Recommend for very dry or thick course hair like mine. Nice fragrance too

I have been using Kakadu Plum powder everyday (usually in a smoothie) for 2-3 years now and I have not had a cold or respiratory issue since - (and I am immune compromised).
