Tasmanian Pepperberry, also known as Mountain Pepper, is native to Tasmania. It is a spicy alternative to traditional pepper with a subtle fruity flavour. With antioxidant properties, it is a versatile spice that will add a unique flavour to savoury and sweet dishes.
Use sparingly as a little pinch has an intense bite.

All five plus products!

I think I have pretty much purchased most of the products from this company over the last few months. My favourites are the Wattle Seed which is divine on all dairy dishes as it gives them a lovely creamy and nutty flavour. The Lemon Myrtle I add to dry and wet marinades for chicken and fish and the most recent purchase has been the Pepper Berry which I added to salmon along with mirin and sake vinegar for a lovely Asian/Australian flavour. Of course my most favourite has to be the yummy chocolate! Service is excellent and great to receive as a little bonus as well. These products make a dish special and it is great they are truely Australian.

Tasmanian pepperberry - soooo good

Delicious. I am a huge fan of pepper varieties. When I saw the description I thought I would give it a go. Quite soft pepper berries in the grinder, with an amazing taste. Will definitely buy again.
