Gorgeous products and beautifully packaged. Made amazing gifts for my staff.
I love the Build your own Hamper. I bought this for my Mum for Mothers Day and really loved being able to choose the gifts that I thought my Mum would like. She loved the Negroni and the puzzle. Also the customer service (I sent it to the wrong address and the customer service was friendly, professional and prompt in fixing my mistake) was excellent and shipping was fast. I will definitely be buying from Kakadu Plum Co again and would highly recommend their products and service.
Have just received a gift hamper from you, ordered by my niece. It contained a 750ml bottle of pinot grigio, Luken & May Davidson plum butterburst biscuits (very yummy)
Kakadu plum, lemon myrtle & macadamia vegan chocolate (looking forward to eating it) and Wolf Lane Davidson plum jam (I love plum jam). Delightful but I will save most until I get back from major surgery. Really something to look forward to.
Sadly I did not discover the card from the PO re delivery until too late on 23/12, but it just gave me the fun of increased anticipation .
I will now make Kakadu Plum Co a go-to site for birthdays and Christmas.
I purchased the bush food set and chocolate as a gift and added this for gift presentation. My purchase was packaged in a shipping box with paper and cord wrapped around it, but not the lovely box I ordered to go straight under the Christmas tree. I ordered a gift box, that's what I expected to receive.
Thank you for your review and support Judy. The gift box you see online is always our first preference. However, many items that people order, including yours, don't fit into these boxes so we therefore have to be a little bit creative in how we present them in a hamper style. The products I bought were a gift and they went over very well. The salad utensils were beautiful and I am told the tea was very good. However, I was disappointed with the wrapping. If you are going to advertise "a gift box with a special ribbon and bow!" with a photo showing a wrapped package for a price, then that is what I expect to see. Instead, the products I ordered were bound with a paper around the center and placed in a shipping box. Over all though, I was very happy with the product and it put a Huge smile on my friend's face for her birthday.

Unfortunately with over 400 products on our website not everything fits into our gift boxes. Salad servers are that one tricky item :(. When we get a selection of products that are a little tricky to wrap and box we have to be a little creative and innovative with our sustainable packaging.
