I’m really glad I bought the set as it’s an opportunity to try a different group of herbs. I’ve put them into salad dressings and vegetable stews of various kinds. I think wattleseed could go into a dessert or porridge, also Kakadu plum powder. They’d also go well in smoothies.
I love my native spices….lemon Myrtle/Kakadu Plum, Wattleseed and Kakadu Plum. I made lemon myrtle slice and the taste was so lemony and beautiful. Can’t wait to try other recipes.

I made a batch of sourdough rolls and added a large pinch of the lemon myrtle kakadu plum mix into the dough. flavour is excellent! also made a couple with the wattleseed mix used as a topping. Again the delicate flavour comes through. Only problem is that the rolls disappeared so rapidly :-). Highly recommended.
