Delicious earthy pepper with notes of sumac—almost citrus-like. As well as using it as an alternative to black pepper, my favourite use is to add a pinch to make spiced tea. Delicious!
Great spice to add to your meals and soups
Enjoyed the jar of milled so much we decided we had to have the versatility that whole peppercorns offer. This is an amazing spice. It is equally useful in savoury or sweet applications. It brings its own unique flavour to the party! Being able to grind it at will is fantastic!
Great as added ingredient to Quiche. Also mixed into tinned tuna
I ordered the Whole Bundle and included was Pepperberry - the whole berries.
I love it's distinctive flavour and find myself grinding it on just about everything. The saltbush and wattleseed are great too.
