Australian Bush Dukkah

I use middle eastern dukkah a lot in my recipes. This is Bush Dukkah is different - a much subtler flavour profile, with a lovely rich nutty taste and a mild citrus zing. Great with fish, vegies, on salads, on eggs, with hummus, as a dip with bread and olive oil, or a lovely addition to a breadcrumb mix. I'll be buying more of this as the small jar won't last long! Great for a small gift too!

Lovely combination of seeds, spices and nuts makes a delicious topper on my salads, meat and soup. Very enjoyable!

So I made hubby some Aussie pasties last week and added 1 tbsp of Bush Dukkah to my mixture, cooking it over the stove. I just wanted a “flavour” of home to mark them as Aussie. Apart from Vegemite, Bush Dukka is perfect. The flavourings match perfectly with the root vegies! I love love love cooking, perfect for sharing! Thank you 🙏

Another Kakadu Plum Co product that has fast become a kitchen staple, this dukkah with its almost chocolatey notes is great over quite a wide variety of dishes including yoghurt, fish, salads, noodles and tray bakes especially roasted vegetables. Love it, just need a larger size as I use it up quickly!
