At the heart of your cup is bright, tangy Rosehip – rich in natural Vitamin C, traditionally used by Indigenous communities for digestion and skin healing. Hibiscus adds its vibrant ruby red hue and cranberry-like flavour, packed with antioxidants; the native rosella species was traditionally used to ease fever. Sweet, eucalyptus-noted Strawberry Gum, native to the NSW highlands, has been used to flavour foods and support gut health. Lastly, juicy Quandong – the ‘Desert Peach’ – offers a boost of Vitamin C and antioxidants, making it a treasured bush food of arid Australia for thousands of years.
