I love the Desert Lime Powder and use it anywhere I would need a lime flavour by adding to chicken, some deserts but especially to my avocado guacamole. It gives it a lively lime sherbet like flavour. A little goes a long way.
Love this stuff!!
Desert Lime was worth waiting for, for sure! On a side note, after chemo, it was recommended to me to use high doses of this vitamin to aid recovery and I did but Desert Lime would have been a much better alternative I can tell you. Its taste is superb and a real delight. a real ‘yum’ experience ! Enjoy it however you use it.
I used it for the first time last night on a roast chook. Put it on right near the end of the cooking so it didn't burn and lose all its flavour. I also put on saltbush flakes and a bit of lemon myrtle.
What a delicious flavour it turned out with! I know some of the citrus flavour came from the lemon myrtle, but the zest came from this lime and it was so yummy!
Will get again when I run out (which I'm sure will be soon)!
I like the tangy lemony taste. I use it in my cooking.
