Finger Lime Marmalade

With its tantalising citrus taste this is too good for just toast, try it with some cheese or added to a fish curry. Delicious.
Perfect compliment for a Sourdough or Rye toast in the morning.
Also used as a spicy chutney, baste on duck in the last 15 minutes of cooking or as a starter in stir fry.
Ingredients: Finger limes, sugar, water and pectin.

This is a truly versatile marmalade to spice up your cooking cuisine. For a citrus sweetness taste, you can serve with lemon and have on spinach and ricotta gozleme. I have also used it to add fresh spark of fruitiness to tacos. Highly recommend this marmalade!
