A like-minded body cleanser and lotion come together for twice the fun. Give a daily dose of Vitamin C with this citrus-rich duo. Begin with a bright body wash to uplift and enliven, and follow with a hydrating moisturiser to leave skin softly scented. The products come beautifully boxed and packed in a reusable drawstring cotton bag exclusive to online orders.

Desert Lime – a native citrus high in Vitamin C and antioxidants, which stimulates and revitalises the skin. Sweet Orange Oil – a bright citrus scent known for its uplifting properties. Vanilla – anti-inflammatory properties soothe the skin and a familiar scent calms the mind.

For cleansing: Cocamidopropyl Betaine – A surfactant sourced from coconut oil that gently washes away unwanted oils and dirt, conditioning and softening the skin.

For moisture: Sweet Almond Oil – high in nutrients, it quickly lubricates and absorbs into the skin to preserve moisture balance. Aloe Vera and Glycerine – binds and retains moisture to ensure hydration and prevent dryness. Cetearyl Alcohol – derived from coconut oils and fats, it locks in moisture to leave skin soft and supple.

We send via Australia Post eparcel. All parcels require a signature on collection. Postage is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $100. Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. We also offer a $14.00 Express Post option. We use Australia Post and Sendle as postage services. It is our discretion of which serve is used based on order value and suburb where the parcel is being sent to. Please note, at certain promotion times, including Express Post upgrade, free shipping may not apply. 

Please note: We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us delivered in error due to the incorrect address given or not collected from your LPO in time. Please double check your address, including suburb and postcode. We are not responsible for packages that go astray due to wrong postal addresses given.

International

We ship worldwide at a cost of $18.00 - $35.00, depending upon weight. Free Shipping Promotion over $100 does NOT apply for International orders.

Although a large country, Australia is very far from the rest of the world and we have tried to keep our shipping costs down. We are not responsible for packages that go astray due to wrong postal addresses given. We cannot guarantee delivery within a set time frame due to various postal systems, however, for international postage, you should except your package within 14 business days. Please note that Kakadu Plum Co. is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country of shipping. Deliveries may be subject to random custom checks. 

Heat Policy For Chocolate

Kakadu Plum Co. does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damage as a result from freight. We suggest you order and pay for Express Post shipping if ordering during conditions of 28c or higher. We take special care in packaging chocolate during hot conditions, but unless selected, we ship via Standard Parcel Post.

Body Double Desert lime

Both of these products were very good. THE body wash lathered up nicely and was quite concentrated .The body lotion was very emollient and absorbed well in to my skin .The fragrance of these products was pleasant and could be used by either gender.

Not great customer service

Hi Thalia. It wasn’t a great experience to be honest. The website promised a discount and a tea towel and it turned out only one ‘special’ was possible. Then I wanted to change to express post after ordering. The chat line said someone would call the next day to take my credit card details for the extra charge. That never happened so it went by normal post. The parcel was poorly packed so the goods arrived damaged. And I paid for an item (a card) that wasn’t delivered. None of these things are huge on their own and I wish you well with the business. But I fear you’ll have to lift your level of customer service to survive long term in todays competitive market.
