Mabu Mabu is a saying in the Torres Strait that means ‘help yourself.’ It’s what you say before you dig into a big meal with friends and family.

Ingredients: chillies, fresh pineapple, fresh coriander, lime juice, white vinegar, salt, sugar.

Pineapple Hot Sauce

Spicy and sweet

You can definitely taste the pineapple and there is a good kick. Very nice to spice up a meal! Great in stir-fry or meat marinades and many other uses too!
