Loved this trio of goodies. We had a NAIDOC Week lunch at work and this was the best to add to our native meats!

I’d been wanting to try the Bush Dukkah and I go through a lot of olive oil so this seemed like the perfect package. The dukkah is indeed delicious and is a healthy addition to salads, atop avocado on toast or sprinkled over scrambled or poached eggs, soups and stews…in fact just about anything. The olive oil flavours aren’t too overpowering but still have plenty of personality and go well with dressings, splashed into soups or stews, or drizzled over steamed vegetables. Lots of fun and brighten up mundane dishes in the healthiest way.
