Teddy Jakamarra Gibson was born in the late 60’s in Yuendumu, a remote Aboriginal community located 290km north-west of Alice Springs in the NT of Australia.
He is the son of Nancy Napanangka Gibson, a respected artist who also paints with Warlukurlangu Artists. Teddy has two sisters and two brothers.
He paints his Jukurrpa stories, Dreamings from his father’s side. In particularly, he paints dreamings that are related directly to his land; its features; and the plants & animals that inhabit it.This is located west of Nyirripi in the ‘tali’ sandhill country close to the Gibson Desert, and south of Lake McKay.

Under $99 there is a flat rate of $9.99 per parcel. We also offer a $18.95 Express Post option. We use Australia Post and Sendle as postage services. It is our discretion of which serve is used based on order value and suburb where the parcel is being sent to. Please note, at certain promotion times, including Express Post upgrade, free shipping may not apply.
We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us delivered in error due to the incorrect address given or not collected from your LPO in time. Kakadu Plum Co. does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damage as a result from freight. We suggest you order and pay for Express Post shipping if ordering during conditions of 28c or higher. We take special care in packaging chocolate during hot conditions, but unless selected, we ship via Standard Parcel Post.
