Calming part of my sleep routine

This is a lovely balm and although I’m not entirely sure it’s made a difference to my sleep, I’m enjoying using it as part of my nighttime routine. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the scent is quite subtle once it’s been applied to the skin and doesn’t seem to last as long as I’d expected.

A calming help

Although only used for a week my sleep pattern has improved from 5 hours a nights t 7 hours a night so a thumbs up thus far.
