Absolutely love the Lemon Myrtle made butter biscuits and scones with it and will make some cupcakes as well. Need larger jars hahahaha Used the Wattleseed to make bread and it turned out really well. Loved it and everyone at my NAIDOC event is raving about the taste of it all. The speed of delivery was great as well so thank you! I have recommended to everyone within my office.

Have tried the lemon Myrtle my go too now . Kadadu plum powder I use regularly as well . Wattleseed still haven’t tried as yet .

Part of gift to friends to introduce them to different spices. I was introduced to indigenous foods and spices by Aunty Beryl Sydney who was a teacher at TAFE when I was completing Commercial Cookery 111. Also made up a Folder of recipes to help use spices. Feed back has been very positive and a number of recipes made. Especially liked by 7 year old granddaughter.
