Tomato Relish

With its  mild and spicy flavour  will leave you wanting more. Works well with cheese, meats either hot or cold, corn fritters etc. Try using as pizza base sauce simply add 1 tbsp of oil with 1 -2 tbsp of relish, place your favourite topping and enjoy.

Ingredients: Tomato, onion, vinegar, sugar, flour, spices (curry powder & cayenne pepper) and salt.
