Coronavirus Shipping update

We know that waiting is the worst.

Please know that we do everything we can to get your order picked and packed so that it can be sent to you ASAP but, like many other retailers, we are experiencing extended delays due to lockdown restrictions – these are also affecting our delivery partners’ ability to deliver on time.

Unfortunately, as the situation evolves, with much of it outside of our control, we really appreciate your patience as we continue to work around this ever changing landscape. We are a small team based in Melbourne. Our current dispatch time is 2-3 days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with the tracking. 

This is also where you can keep an eye on the status of your order.

For urgent deliveries we suggest selecting Express Post. Even Australia Post currently is not guaranteeing next day delivery and are behind on their delivery schedules.
