Have purchased the Kakadu Plum Powder a few times now and can highly recommend. Its flavour is not over-powering but still gives a nice tang to my breakfast yogurt, but its so versatile you can add it to many things. I love the flavour. It's perfect for winter, and keeping your Vitamin C levels high to naturally help avoid the cold and flu season. A big yes from me!!!

I’ve been taking this for a couple of months in the lead up to hip replacement surgery. Just adding to my daily breakfast smoothie. I have not had even the slightest cold and went through surgery without an issue. Will keep in my daily routine. Highly recommend for all.

This tea is helping me sleep better than I have in years. I needed a little bit of honey with it the first few times I had it, but just drink as-is now and I sleep all through the night and have more REM sleep than I've had since I started monitoring it over 2 years ago.
