Let's be honest, sometimes staying healthy, doing exercise, fitting in that session to the gym is hard. Especially when you have to schedule it in amongst school runs, meal planning, cooking, diaper changes, after-school activities, work.... you get the drift.
If you follow us on Instagram, you would know that my husband and I travelled into outback Australia country in January to discover, learn and experience Kakadu Plum growing and harvesting first hand. This time of year, we are supposed to be counting our blessing and enjoying quality time with our families. Expectations are amped up. High calorie food and drink is in abundance, especially when the kids are going crazy in the kitchen and there is literally food every hour on the hour. The amazing Chris, a sports physiotherapist and director of the new and upcoming Sum Of Us health space in Prahran has given us a little insight into how back pain can be a major factor to weight loss and other aspects of your health and wellbeing. Chris and his team have an amazing new studio opening next month and we can not wait to be a part of it. Congrats Chris and thanks for sharing your expertise with us.
We sat down with the amazing Tiffiny Hall to hear about what she has been doing, and get a few health tips from her too. I interviewed Tiff many moons ago when she was beginning her writing career. This woman is a serious Ninja, and such an incredible inspiration. She is changing people's lives in so many ways, and it is such an honour to have her share her own health and wellness insights with us. Thanks Tiff x
