At Kakadu Plum Co. HQ, we love chicken wings. The kids love chicken wings, the big kids love chicken wings. They are generally considered a staple, everyday, easy and simple dish.
You know those little crunchy, tiny knobbly bits of the chicken wings? Well they are a favourite for two people in this household. There is generally a scavenger part to the meal at the end. Ha. But, I like to keep things simple but try and have a twist to every dish. I am not one for over complicating dishes or making them to hard or long to prepare. As a mum of two kids, it needs to be quick and simple, especially during the week.
The beauty of our lemon myrtle blend is that it is so versatile and adds a special taste to every dish. Used in marinades or seasonings, like this dish, it is the perfect way to add a taste of Australia onto your plate. Instead of using herbs and spices from other parts of the world, try our Australian varieties. You will love them too and see how simple they really are to use in your cooking.
