What is ordinarily a simple dish is turned into a delicacy with the addition of our roasted wattleseed. Created by our friend and bush food lover Glenn Scott, this is a wonderful addition to potatoes.
3-4 starchy potatoes
1 tablespoon Wattleseed
Cut potatoes into wedge like shapes
In a separate bowl mix olive oil and wattleseed together.
Put potatoes into a bowl and coat with olive oil and Wattleseed. Get your hands in there and mix well. This really is the best way.
Spread out onto a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
